As much as we are watching our children to see what they do with thier lives, they are watching us to see what we do with ours.

Princess, Birthdays and Ballet

Last weekend while I was out running 17 miles the girls went to see Disney Princess "Rockin' Ever After" on Ice.  Aunt Meredith and Uncle Sean surprised the girls with the tickets!  The girls dressed up as princess's and enjoyed the show, snow cones and face painting.  Isabella and Sophia had so much fun being spoiled by their Aunt and Uncle.  To make the day even more fun we went out to ice cream that night.  Meredith and Sean took a separate car to Brewster's and on the way home from dessert Sophia said "Where are day(they)...but I love dem(them)...are they coming back to my house?"  The girls love their Aunt Meredith and Uncle Sean and were sad to see them head back to Maryland.

This past week has been a fun one.  My birthday celebration continued as I celebrated with friends on Tuesday night at Cafe Cattura.  A short run followed by dinner made for a great evening.  It was wonderful to spend time with my friends and made me feel loved.

Yesterday Isabella was invited to attend dance class with her friend Abby.  Isabella had so much fun and did great!  She was able to follow instructions and focus in the ballet and tap class.  The class also incorporated creative movement, props, musical instruments and even story time.  Needless to say, Isabella loved it!  She would love to go back every week but its not in the budget.  At least she had a great experience with her friend Abby.
Isabella excited to dance!
