As much as we are watching our children to see what they do with thier lives, they are watching us to see what we do with ours.

Happy Memorial Day
Love,
Isabella
And the same dress last year on July 4th

Sweet 16

Isabella loves her books! My family came down to celebrate my sister Gillian's Sweet 16th Birthday. While Gillian was reading to Isabella, bell said "big bird"!
Then Gram read her the Elmo book which she loved. Now it was Pap-pap's turn to read
My Grandparents , they are the best!!
The Birthday Girl
It all began with the lid to the cake...

...and ended like this!
Actually it ended with a bath to get all the icing out of Bell's hair. Maybe she wanted a sugar scrub....hehe!

Memorial Day weekend

A Memorial Day weekend meant it was time to bust out the baby pool and enjoy the great outdoors. Isabella enjoyed a visit with Aunt Meredith!
As if she wasnt sweet enough...

3 day weekends are the best! I love all the time with Isabella and being at home. Isabella loves to explore and really keeps us busy. Speaking of busy, a little someone just woke up from her nap. Hope everyone is enjoying their holiday weekend.

Maymont in May

This weekend we visited Maymont and explored the rolling hills, magnificent gardens and animal farm. We saw bears, owls, foxes, sheep and a few more I have pictured below. The grounds of Maymont were beautiful. The tranquil Japanese gardens were my favorite. Here are a few pictures from our visit:

Isabella had her 15 month check up and finally weighs 20lbs. She is in the 10% for weight and 85% for height. Wish I had those model like proportions. :) She is right on track developmentally and has hit all of her milestones thus far. We are enjoying watching her learn and grow. Her vocabulary is increasing and it so nice to see her communicate. She is very into dolls these days, "babies" as she calls them. She can play for hours with her babies by rocking, feeding, covering, carrying or pushing them around in her stroller. So cute!

Mother's Day

100% Juice & 100% Cute

We enjoyed a family day at the park on Mother's Day. Despite yucky allergies we enjoyed the beautiful weather. Isabella enjoyed feeding the geese and playing in the park. I enjoyed the picnic and watching Isabella run around. We had a fun yet relaxing day. It was great!

Operation Big Sister

Mission : To give Isabella a sibling
Operation Big Sister
We are thrilled to be expecting again! Our official due date is 11/11. Below is a sonogram of our little peanut. "He" has an adorable profile. We still don't know the gender yet but I have a feeling we will be seeing lots of blue. Will and I have no preference for gender, all we hope for is a healthy pregnancy and baby. We feel very blessed to have made it this far.
