Isabella started pre-K on Monday. She was excited to start school and picked out her outfit the night before. Sophia and I spent some time in the classroom after drop off, taking photos of her classmates and getting to know the room. Isabella had a great first day at school and even made a beaded necklace for me. This year Isabella is in the busy bears classroom which has a bear mascot named Thomas. The kids are able to bring Thomas the bear home during the school year and take photos and journal of their time together. The class and teachers are a great fit for Isabella and she adjusted to the new routine easily. She is pretty tired after a fun morning at school but loves going to school four days a week. I look forward to watching Isabella learn, grown and have fun in her last year of preschool.
