As much as we are watching our children to see what they do with thier lives, they are watching us to see what we do with ours.

Twice The Fun at BG

We love Busch Gardens in Williamsburg!  In fact, we enjoy it so much that we went two days in a row!  Will was able to join us the first day at the park which was a wonderful treat.  As always, Isabella was eager to ride the log flume and Sophia was excited for the train.  Grandmom treated the girls to face painting and even joined in on the painting fun!   G-mom generously reserved a lovely hotel that we stayed in one night  for a fun girls sleepover.  Another highlight of our trip away was dinner at Cracker Barrell (a family favorite) and the awesome pool at the hotel.  Isabella went down for first water slide at the hotel with me.  Then G-mom went down too!  Super fun! The second day at BG included lots of animal sightings.  We visited the eagles, wolves, birds, turtle and snakes.  Isabella and Sophia felt the snake and were surprised by the texture of its skin.  We also checked out a cute show on silly animal tricks.  I really enjoyed feeding nectar to the birds.  That was cool!

July has been a fun month that feels like the longest month of the year. We have been blessed with family who make it possible for us to travel and enjoy life.  Thank you to my darling hubby Will and our parents for making our summer a fun filled adventure!
