As much as we are watching our children to see what they do with thier lives, they are watching us to see what we do with ours.

Snow Break

Our wish came true! Richmond was pounded with a foot of snow in 24 hours.  It was awesome!!  Work and school were both closed.  The priority was enjoying precious family time.  I enjoyed time at home warming up by the fire and watching the flakes fall from the sky.  Hearing the girls laughter while sledding was joy to my ears. The girls LOVED sledding and playing in the snow.  We went sledding a bunch! We found lots of ways to keep entertained inside our warm cozy home.  We enjoyed books, board games, movies and naps.  The girls played nice together which was good to see (and hear).  They bonded over makeup and a sleepover.  It was a wonderful break from our normal routine.  We all enjoyed our snow break.
Work is closed and we are ready for SNOW!
