As much as we are watching our children to see what they do with thier lives, they are watching us to see what we do with ours.

Sandy Toes and Salty Kisses

We were able to enjoy the beach this summer thanks to a dear friend.  It was a super fun and relaxing girls week. I am very thankful for being able to spend time at the beach and make so many wonderful memories.  The kids enjoyed riding the golf cart to the beach and most days Isabella and Abby rode their bikes to the beach. Some of the fun things the girls enjoyed were feeding the turtles behind the house, relaxing in the hammock, swimming in the pool, playing in the sand, jumping in the waves, showering outside, fishing, beautiful sunsets, dinner by the water, arcade games and a sleepover every night with their buddies. We attended a sea turtle talk and learned about how to protect their habitat to keep the species alive. At the end of the talk a beautiful rainbow appeared.  It was such a happy, fun filled week with friends.  I enjoyed spending time with my friend Kristy and the girls enjoyed lots of time with their buddies.

The girls were each given $10 to purchase a souvenir.  They all spent quite a long time deciding what to purchase.  The kids all selected script name necklaces.  The matching necklaces inspired them to form a mermaid club that included a secret hand shake and special essential oil perfume!  Great memories!!
