As much as we are watching our children to see what they do with thier lives, they are watching us to see what we do with ours.

Birthday girl

A day in the life of a birthday girl...

On Isabella's last day as a 6 year old,  I joined her for lunch at her school.  She was super happy to sit at a special table with me.  The next day Isabella woke up with a smile on her face and was excited to go to school.  Bella started her day with a special breakfast (donut and candle).  At school she was given a birthday crown to wear.  After school, Isabella wanted to go to her Daddys work to sell Girl Scout cookies.  She is a cute little scout and enjoyed visiting Daddys office.  That evening, dinner was Isabella's choice and she selected Glory Days for Ribs!

The day after Isabellas birthday we has a Kidz Bop party.  The kids rocked the house and enjoyed dancing.  The cupcakes were in cones to look like little microphones.  We also had a guitar pinyata full of treats and candy.  Isabella requested healthy fruits and vegetables in the pinyata but that would not have went over to well, so we opted for setting out a veggie platter instead.  I love that Isabella wants to eat healthy.

Grandmom and PopPop also came to the party and were a huge help with all the kids dancing around.  Plus, Sophia had fun decorating PopPop!

Happy 7th Birthday to our rock star Isabella.  We are proud of your giving spirit, creativity, sense of adventure, healthy habits and your new ability to read.  We love you to the moon and back.
