As much as we are watching our children to see what they do with thier lives, they are watching us to see what we do with ours.

Breakfast with Santa and a Fashion Show

Saturday December 1st kicked off the start of our advent activity calendar.  Our activity of the day was breakfast with Santa.  Isabella was excited to see Santa and said she would keep Sophia safe, as Sophia was afraid of seeing Santa.  During breakfast the girls kept their distance from Santa but both of them got on his lap for a great photo.  Isabella told Santa that she wanted a Tinkerbell movie and a Tinkerbell stocking.   Sophia told Santa that she wanted a cookie, a toy, and a paci (pacifier).  Here are a few photos...

As if the day did not have enough excitement, we headed off to Cora's fashion show birthday party.  I was doing makeup for the party and Miss Isabella wanted to bring her makeup kit too.  At one point I looked over to see Isabella telling everyone to line up so that SHE could do their makeup...and she did!  The kids loved dressing up and walking the runway.  Isabella ran down the runway as if she was racing to home plate.  Perhaps she thought she needed to run down the RUNway!  Sophia was escorted down the runway by her outgoing big sister. The girls were tuckered out from a fun filled day!

Most of you might remember our Elf, Lacey.  He is back and silly as ever.  The photos show a few of the places he has been hiding out in our home.  The girls love to search for him and Sophia is really good at finding his locations.

I hope everyone is enjoying the Christmas season and the joy that it brings!
