These girls love the water! Isabella went off the diving board (it was her 3rd attempt this summer). I guess third time is the charm, huh. To set the scene for you, it was a Friday night at the pool and Will said he would go off the high dive if Isabella would go off the low dive at the same time. Isabella approaches the board slow but before I had a chance to take a photo Isabella has dashed of the board like the horse out of the gate. Below is the photo of her proud smile getting out of the pool after her first jump off the diving board. The next day she wanted to go back to the pool and go off the high dive...and she did it! Isabella loves running off of the boards.
Both of the girls love to jump in from the side of the pool. It warms my heart to see Isabella and Sophia play together at the pool. They have lots of friends at the pool which is great. In fact, at the swim team banquet the Coaches gave Isabella and her friend Becca matching friendship bracelets since the coaches never saw the girls apart! Ha! It has been a wonderful summer at the pool.

Sometimes we are a bit too excited to get to the pool. Last week Sophia was eager to get to the pool and fell while running to the car. Sweet baby skinned both of her knees, one elbow, one hand and her hip! After some TLC, Sophia wanted me to take a photo of her boo-boo's. Despite her scrapes she still wanted to go to the pool and dip her toes in! Sophia is a water baby!

Charming photos. We have two girls too and they are such water babies. We’re lucky to have our own small pool – thanks to the great weather in Perth, Australia! We upgraded this year with a slide and also changed to solar heating. It was surprisingly easy. My hubby used a DIY solar kit. Maybe we’ll add a board nest year. I hope your girls continue to love the water.
