"Memories made at the beach last a lifetime". I discovered this quote on a sign during our vacation last week. It was fitting as as we were making lots of special memories. For starters, Isabella learned to swim, float on her back and ride the waves on a boogie board. We also noticed Isabella's adult tooth growing in! Sophia is growing up fast too! She even flew the kite by herself! Sophie loved playing in the sand, going in the hot tub and sharing a room with Isabella. The girls enjoyed heading to the beach early to hunt for seashells with Grandmere. In addition, we also enjoyed leisurely mornings and delicious crabs. The sun and sand made for quality family time.
We spent our afternoons by the pool where Isabella practiced her new swimming skills! The girls were so excited to spend time with Grandmere, Poppy, Aunt Meredith, Uncle Sean and the dogs! Rain or Shine it was a wonderful vacation.
